“Finding Marlin” is located in a mostly year-round quiet residential neighborhood a short 15-minute walk, with light and crosswalk, to public beach access with a lifeguard. We are one block from the sound side multi-use path. (Sunsets!) The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a futon in the 3rd floor alcove. There is a large backyard with an in-ground pool, hot tub, and a privacy fence. The pool opens the first week of April. Please note – the pool is not heated.
