Our cottage is new construction in a quiet, mostly year-round neighborhood. It has an in-ground pool, fenced-in backyard, ocean views, multi-level decks, and comfortable, new premium memory foam and hybrid-style mattresses.

You can walk to the beach in 12 minutes, bike to our nearest access in 5 minutes, or drive to multiple beach accesses within 5 to 7 minutes. The sound side multi-use path along Bay Drive is only 2 blocks away and has 3 convenient public sound accesses in less than a half mile for launching kayaks or paddleboards, or just taking in the amazing Outer Banks sunsets.
